Our Story

Bill & Tom Souder

At Souder Brothers, our team enjoys coming to work every day because we look forward to helping our clients work through their biggest challenges in construction and leaving them with a finished space they love to work in and live in.

Our story goes back to 1978 when brothers Bill & Tom set out on their own to open a successful general contracting business. Over the years the Souder brothers explored different opportunities and at one point went to work for another successful GC in the area for over a decade. In 2009, during the worst economic time in recent history, the pair decided to reopen Souder Brothers Construction. The success that followed during a time when the construction trade was suffering greatly proves how dedicated the Souder brothers are. Each team member shares that same dedication, and is always willing to do whatever it takes.

Delivering the wow-factor is our number one goal. We want our clients to be saying ‘WOW’ during every step of their construction journey from start to finish. How do we achieve this? We focus on delivering a team approach, with the owners being personally involved with every project. You can always reach a team member 24/7 with questions or concerns.

We are a full-service design build firm and can take your project from an idea to reality. We’re a one-stop shop so you’ll never have to worry about hiring multiple firms to complete different parts of your project. We’re also fully insured and bonded so you can put your mind at ease knowing you’re in capable hands with Souder Brothers Construction.
