"Bill Souder was our liaison for two large projects at McCafferty Kia. He oversaw two additions totaling 5,000 square feet and an entire renovation of our Kia sales showroom and offices. In both cases Bill kept our projects on target, on budget, and made sure that the highest quality standards were met. Bill's knowledge of the construction industry was invaluable in keeping everyone on task as well as holding the contractor and sub-contractor accountable for the quality and efficiency of their work. Bill never backed down from challenging the timeline and efficiency of how the projects were moving along. When things did not go well; Bill pulled everyone together and made things happen in the time and at the quality level needed. I cannot express how impressed I was in his attention to detail and effort to take ownership of the project.
